Brabant is home to a record number of campuses facilitating open innovation
According to the latest report by Buck Consultants International (BCI), which makes an overview of the campuses in the Netherlands, North Brabant is the only province in the country with a total number of eight “real” campuses.
Organised by ERTICO – ITS Europe the ITS Congress in Europe is the largest event entirely dedicated to smart mobility and digitalisation of transport .
This year this congress will be held in the Brainport region of Eindhoven-Helmond from 3-6 June 2019 and is the place to find intelligent transport solutions and see how smart mobility services are integrated into society.

On 5th December, it was officially announced that the Netherlands will host a leading European Congress on the topic of Smart Mobility in 2019. The European ITS Congress will take place from 3 to 6 June 2019 in the Brainport region Eindhoven-Helmond.
Convention Bureau Brabant (CBB) and VisitBrabant, the marketing organisation for the destination of Brabant have signed an agreement stating that the label MeetBrabant will be transferred to VisitBrabant from 1 January 2018.
